Learning and projects
The introductory tracks and build guides are learning resources. Follow the documentation and ratings for your own hardware, and seek suitable supervision for practical work. Completing a self-check records your progress; it is not an accredited qualification or professional certification.
Store and quotations
The store accepts quotation requests. Sending a request does not create a paid order or reserve stock. Product specifications, availability, prices, taxes, delivery and any applicable commercial terms must be confirmed by iSpark before purchase. Product quotations do not use course checkout.
Course enrolment and payments
Free courses open after enrolment. Paid courses show the total INR price and use Razorpay checkout. Lesson access opens after payment capture is confirmed. If money is debited but lessons remain locked, check payment status in your profile or contact iSpark with the payment reference before paying again.
Contact iSpark for cancellation or refund requests and applicable commercial terms before purchase. Refund requests are reviewed by the team; this page does not promise a particular refund period or eligibility. A full processed refund removes the associated purchase access; a partial refund keeps access. Existing free enrolments retain access if a course is later priced. Course availability may change; contact support about an unavailable purchased course.
Community participation
Be respectful, share work you have permission to publish and credit your sources. Do not post harassment, spam, private credentials or someone else’s personal information. Administrators can hide discussions and suspend accounts when necessary to protect the community.
Account responsibility
Use an email address you control, keep your password private and sign out of shared devices. Do not attempt to access another member’s account or administrator features without authorisation.
AI learning assistance
iSMART generates learning guidance using AI. Answers may be incomplete or incorrect, and source links do not guarantee every statement is accurate. Verify technical guidance against original documentation and confirm commercial details with iSpark. iSMART cannot take payments, enrol learners, issue credentials or change account records. Availability depends on the configured AI service and usage limits.
