What this platform stores
When you create an account, this platform stores your name, email address and a password hash. It also stores your learning progress, saved projects, public community contributions, quote requests and inquiries you submit, plus course payment references, amounts, status and refund amounts.
How information is used
These records support your account, learning history, discussions and requests to iSpark. Authorised administrators can assign management roles and review accounts, contributions, quote requests and contact inquiries. Department managers can access only records for their assigned function: store requests and course payment records, website inquiries, community contributions, learning content or gallery content. Management changes are recorded with the actor’s ID, name, action and time. Your display name and community contributions are public; your email and account records are not displayed to other members.
Course payment processing
When you open course checkout, your name and email prefill the Razorpay form. Razorpay processes payment details under its own policies. This application stores order/payment identifiers, course, amount, status and refund information; it does not store card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs. Administrators and store managers can review course payment records. Account deletion removes the user association from retained application payment records; it does not delete Razorpay’s own records.
Cookies and your device
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Your quote basket is saved in your browser. This version does not include advertising trackers or analytics integrations. Hosting providers may maintain technical access logs.
iSMART AI conversations
When you sign in and choose to send a message to iSMART, your message, recent conversation and selected public learning content are sent to Google Gemini to generate a reply. Account email, password and private learning or quotation records are not included automatically. Please do not type personal, confidential or student-identifying information into chat.
This application keeps chat messages only in the open page’s memory; refreshing, signing out or clearing the conversation removes them from that page. It does not write transcripts to its database. Google’s data-use and retention terms apply. With unpaid Gemini API services, submitted content and responses may be used to improve Google products and reviewed by humans. Paid-service data terms differ; consult Google’s Gemini API terms. The platform stores hashed identifiers and request counts to enforce usage limits. Clearing the chat does not delete any provider-retained records.
Gallery uploads and external communities
Uploaded photos are public assets; do not upload confidential information or images without publication permission. Deleting a gallery listing does not automatically delete a shared image file. Published community links open external platforms, which apply their own account and privacy rules.
